RV MAKEUP BEAUTY STUDIO (“RV”)

operates by appointments only. We have great respect for our clients and artist time, we kindly ask you to follow our policies and terms of service.

For all new appointments, we charge your card a deposit in order to hold your appointment.

This amount will be debited immediately upon payment and your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

LATE POLICY

Please familiarize yourself with our location HERE and prepare yourself for Sydney traffic. We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 30 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 30 minutes late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited.

If your appointment is complimentary, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY 

RV reserves its right, in its sole discretion, to have your initial deposit/consultation refunded. This is on a case to case basis and, in special circumstances, will this be refunded.

Please allow 48 hours (2 business days) notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time.

Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48 hours’ notice. 

APPOINTMENT/ CONSULTATION POLICY

Consultation is not required as an additional appointment separately from your initial appointment. However, if for any reason, at the time of your appointment, your procedure does not follow through, you will be charged the price of a consultation appointment. 



REFUSAL OF AN ORDER FOR THE SERVICES

We, in our sole discretion and without having to provide a reason to you, may refuse any order to provide the Services to you.

COMPLIMENTARY SESSIONS 

Initial procedure appointments receive a complimentary touch up. This appointment must be scheduled between 6 to 12 weeks following your first session. If you need to book this appointment after 12 weeks, it is no longer complimentary and will incur an additional charge.

Complimentary touch up are not mandatory, nor is it necessary for every client, but we offer it for those clients who would need a follow up.

Healing can be unpredictable. If additional touch-up appointment is needed fees will apply.

WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEE  (IMPORTANT)

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the Services we provide are to the highest possible standards, we make NO guarantee or warranty of the results due to the nature of skin as it heals, and aftercare taken by clients.

Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.

In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and Post-Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

RV MAKEUP BEAUTY STUDIO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to change at anytime.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Our price list for each of our Services is listed on our Brochure/Website.

Acceptance is made of our Services upon payment for the quote provided by RV. RV reserves its right to alter the Price of our Services.

For Cosmetic Tattooing, an initial deposit/consultation fee of $100.00 is required (non-refundable) to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total fee for the Cosmetic Tattoo Procedure.

Payment can be made via Cash, EFT or via the EFTPOS machine on the premises.

CONSENT

You understand, agree and consent to the following regarding our Microblading procedure:

(a) you will be courteous at all given times during our Services to staff members of RV;

(b) the treatment is for cosmetic purposes only;

(c) you are aware that latex gloves are used by the Therapist;

(d) we may use Topical Anaesthetics containing Lidocaine and Epinephrine;

(e) you consent to us taking a before and after photo of the Microblading procedure that we may, from time to time, use on our social media page.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK

We own and retain the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the materials posted on our website including (but not limited to) watermarked photos, pictures and videos. Unless you are otherwise expressly authorised by us, you may only use this site for personal use. You may not sell or otherwise commercially exploit any information available on this site.

If you submit material to us in connection with your use of any of our client’s social media, you thereby assign all intellectual property rights in that material to us. You must not submit material to our social media if a third party has any intellectual property rights in that material.
